The Challenge
After the pandemic, the hotel needed to re-engage the local community and recover lost business. A confusing physical layout made restaurants difficult for non-guests to find, while low local brand awareness meant significant revenue opportunities were being missed.
The Solution
• I created a program of brand activations and events to reposition the hotel as a go-to local destination.
• To improve visibility, I introduced QR-coded posters at entrances, validated their impact through Google Analytics, and rolled out long-term glass stickers.
• Built strategic partnerships with beverage companies, influencers, and PR contacts to deliver co-branded events and expand reach.
• Designed unique event concepts to generate buzz, such as a "Violin Chapel Dinner" series in underutilized spaces and a high-energy kickboxing event in the lobby.
• Coordinated closely with hotel operations, kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
