The Challenge

The restaurants at the hotel were receiving only 1–2 online reviews per month, often skewed negative, which did not accurately reflect the overall guest experience.

The Solution

• Designed a lightweight feedback funnel system to capture authentic guest impressions.

• Created tent cards with QR codes placed on restaurant tables, leading to a custom webpage for each outlet.

• Guests could leave a quick star rating (1–5).

• Positive ratings (4–5): Guests received a thank-you message and links to post their review on Google or TripAdvisor.

• Constructive ratings (1–3): Feedback was collected privately and shared with managers for immediate follow-up, allowing issues to be resolved before they escalated into negative reviews.
